Sunday, Mar 01, '26 I had an awful surprise-Water pouring out of the outside brick wall. the first time I tried to water the plants since the Big Freeze. I ran across the street where my dear neighbor, Samantha, immediately called a cousin who knew Bill. Bill said he'd be there within the hour. He fixed the immediate problem, he clearly explained how this happened, what to do so it won't happen again - and - He Knew People to call. Next: United Water Restoration of McKinney and Craig M. and his crew were out to the house within 2 hrs. Who else to call? Craig knew. And after 4 days of the bedroom looking like Aladdin's Flying Carpet the drywall expert is expected very soon. All of these wonderful people 'jumped on' my problem and came together to solve it, on a Sunday, before it could have gotten much worse. I am so Grateful. If I ever have a plumbing problem again You Can Be Sure that B&D Plumbing Services will be my first call. Thank You, Bill for taking your Sunday to help me.
Our water heater started leaking a huge amount on a Saturday morning. I called B+D and Bill picked up right away. We walked through what was needed, timing, costs, and he told me that, due to it being a weekend, they may not be able to squeeze us in. Well, talk about under-promising and over-delivering. Within two hours Bill and Dan were at our house, swapped out the unit, and made sure we had everything running smoothly.
Exceptional service, great communication, and from some local folks too. Highly recommended, and will try to use them again.
Our master shower stem started leaking and my husband tried to repair it with no results. So at almost 5 PM I called a couple of plumbers we've used in the past and all were booked up for 7+ days. I called Bill with B+D Plumbing, left a message and he called me right back. Bill was at our house in about 15 minutes and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He was the nicest guy and we were very grateful for his quick response to our leak. I will definitely be calling Bill for all of our plumbing needs going forward. Thanks again Bill!
