Sunday, Mar 01, '26 I had an awful surprise-Water pouring out of the outside brick wall. the first time I tried to water the plants since the Big Freeze. Highly recommend!! I have recently used B&D Plumbing, once for a leak that started in my front yard, and several weeks later a water heat leak. I had no idea who to call. I made several calls but Bill, with B&D plumbing, responded immediately and had a crew within the hour to handle the repair, which required digging and replacing some old PVC piping. More than impressed with your professionalism, timeliness, tidiness and overall business ethics. We own a home in the Historic District in McKinney that is occupied by our tenant. I found Bill on Thumbtack and we immediately connected. He worked with and arranged all the work around our sweet tenant. Bill assessed the multiple problems and solutions and gave us fair prices. He and his crew had to dig up 50’ of clay pipe and lay new pipe in our yard. He did his due diligence and kept us informed by phone, text and pictures. Our tenant liked him and gave him 5 Stars too!
